Tree Plantation drive – Gurugram, India
Keeping in mind the current air pollution levels in Delhi NCR and the dire need for clean air, Frost S.E.R.V.I.C.E conducted a Plantation Drive with volunteers from the Gurugram office on 17th February 2020 in collaboration with an NGO -Give Me Trees. We had 11 volunteers from our office and we planted approx 20 saplings amongst us in the backyard of a Government Primary School in Gurugram. Remaining 40 saplings were planted by the NGO. Total of 60 saplings were planted on behalf of Frost & Sullivan.
Supporting children from rural community – Bangkok, Thailand
The project “PunNamJai SangRoiYim” meaning “Sharing love and spreading smiles”. In its 2nd year, this year is supporting children from a remote rural farming community in Kanchanaburi Province. At Ban Nong Muang School (100km from main city) which has 50 children and 5 teachers. The project was held on October 12, 2019 with donated funds totaling 147,024.70 Baht was raised. We used a part of the funds to buy rice, sports equipment, teaching aids, schoolbags and agricultural equipment. A section of the donations is set aside for renovating the school building and toilets. We believe this project will help and bring hope to the students and local communities in the remote areas of Thailand.
School premises maintenance – Bangkok, Thailand
Our volunteers visited Baan Pong Yae School (Phetchaburi Province) – a school for underprivileged children. Most of the students come from low income families and cannot afford funds to upkeep the infrastructure of the school. On behalf of Frost & Sullivan, a team of volunteers visited the school in 2018 to help them clean the premises and paint walls, tables, chairs etc., We interacted with the children, distributed food and organized a few fun activities for them. It was a day of fun and laughter for the children and the volunteers alike.
World Environment Day – Tree plantation drive (Kathmandu, Nepal)
Frost S.E.R.V.I.C.E Nepal initiated Tree Plantation Drive to contribute to afforestation and conservation of community forest. In this regard, all members contributed their time and effort on plantation at a community forest at Kageshwori Municipality in collaboration with Mayor’s Office of Kageshwori Municipality. We successfully planted 40 saplings of Paulownia with help of local members of the community forest.
Texas Charities Fundraiser – (San Antonio) USA
Our employees participated in Corporate Cup (San Antonio, TX). Corporate Cup is a competition amongst various businesses in the city who compete for first place through various competitions such as Tug of War, Football Throw, Frisbee Toss, 5k Run, Swim Relay, Sack Race, 2K Walking, etc.. Prior to the event in June, we had spent previous 5 months raising money for 4 local charities in the city and hosted 2 blood drives. These charities mostly benefit the youth of San Antonio in various functions of life such as school supplies for the year, after school sport activities to stay active, clothing for families and food for those who can’t afford it.
Festival Celebration at a middle School (Chennai) India
With the Festival of Harvest round the corner, about 12 Frost S.E.R.V.I.C.E volunteers visited the Chennai Middle school for underprivileged children to celebrate Pongal. We fostered the idea of smokeless bhogie and using eco-friendly alternatives to plastic among the children. Our volunteers conducted few games, planted tree saplings and put mehendi for the kids. We distributed sweets to the children and staff of the school and concluded our visit on a sweet note.

Caring for senior citizens – Chennai, India
About 40 volunteers along with their families visited Little Sisters of the Poor, an old age home. We conducted games like Tambola for the residents of the home. Some elders mesmerized us with their charming voices and sportiveness. Also the employees contributed provisions for a month for the Home.

DESKIT donation to Chennai Middle School
An enabling environment is crucial to foster learning, specially for children. With this in mind, Frost S.E.R.V.I.C.E Chennai sponsored a few school bags with a detachable desk (called DESKIT) to enable students of Chennai Middle School – a school for underprivileged children, study more comfortably. About 20 Frost S.E.R.V.I.C.E volunteers visited the school and distributed the bags to children studying in classes 5th-7th. The kids were very excited to receive the new bags and it gave us a sense of contentment to see them smile.

SMILE Foundation
Frost S.E.R.V.I.C.E (Kolkata) partnered with SMILE Foundation (an NGO working with underprivileged children and women) to organize a health camp for underprivileged kids at Kidz Planet Learning Centre. Nearly 150 children participated in this camp on nutrition, health and hygiene.
